01Six product languages
English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Portuguese and German give organisations a starting point for a multilingual rollout. The marketing website is available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese. Product language availability and website language options are separate.
02Bring the words your team already uses
Safety terminology needs to be clear to the people recording and reviewing information. In your demonstration, review labels and representative workflows in the languages your team needs. Include local terminology, training materials and any organisation-specific forms in that discussion.
03Plan reporting across languages
A local team may work in one language while group leaders review information in another. Agree how written records, shared terminology and reporting will be handled in your organisation. Do not assume that selecting an interface language automatically translates user-entered evidence or historical records.
04Include Arabic in your evaluation
For Arabic-speaking teams, review the product experience with the people who will use it, including navigation, mixed-language records and the presentation of dates and numbers. Test a complete workflow so the language discussion includes daily use as well as the first screen.
