01Begin with a real site scenario
Walk through a routine inspection, a reported concern or a follow-up visit. Identify the information the person on site needs to capture and the detail a reviewer needs later. A useful mobile workflow makes the handover between those people easy to understand.
02Make device requirements explicit
Bring the phones and tablets your organisation uses into the evaluation. Review supported devices, access arrangements and the experience your team needs. Discuss connectivity, media capture and any offline requirements directly, so the agreed setup reflects how your sites actually operate.
03Consider the full record lifecycle
Capturing a finding is only one step. Review how the record reaches the responsible person and how the outcome is checked. The mobile conversation should include the office team and site leaders who rely on the information, as well as the person entering it.
04Give frontline teams a practical starting point
Choose a small set of common tasks for your demonstration. Use representative records without personal or sensitive information. This helps your team assess clarity, language and the number of steps involved before agreeing a rollout approach.
