Deployment planning includes AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, with regional requirements covering Europe, the United States, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Confirm the specific provider, region and service configuration in your agreement. Review backup locations, support access and cross-border processing as well as the primary database location.
Bring your requirements for sign-in security, access reviews, encryption, audit records, backups and recovery to the technical review. Confirm which controls apply to your proposed configuration and request supporting documentation. This page does not assert an independent security certification, penetration-test result or guaranteed recovery time.
Agree who manages user access, responds to incidents, maintains the service and handles data export or deletion. Document notification arrangements, retention requirements and the process for reviewing changes. Keep the approved security requirements with your deployment agreement.
Use blank templates or representative examples when discussing your workflows. Do not enter pupil, employee, health, safeguarding, password or other sensitive information into the marketing demo form. Coordinate confidential security questions through your existing Certhix representative.
