01Scope and responsibility
This notice concerns the Certhix marketing website, not records held in a customer's CerthixED or CerthixCO application. Quantinoid LLC is registered in the United States, and Quantinoid FZE is registered in the United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@certhix.com. The final notice will clarify each entity's responsibility for the relevant processing. Application processing roles, instructions and rights-request arrangements belong in the relevant customer agreement and application notice.
02Information entered in the demo form
The form asks for a name, work email, organisation, product interest and optional country, site count and message. It currently checks entries in your browser only. No enquiry is sent, and this website does not save the form entries to a server or browser storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill. Do not enter sensitive or personal case information.
03Information needed to deliver the website
The website is hosted on Vercel. Serving a page or download involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested address and browser information. Hosting services may process request and diagnostic information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. The account's precise logging, retention and processing arrangements are being confirmed.
04Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The current website code does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers or persistent browser storage. Fonts, product images and article photographs are served from website assets. Hosting security features and your browser may process technical information separately. This notice will need updating if analytics, marketing tools or third-party embeds are added.
05Downloads and external links
Resource downloads do not require registration. A download still creates a request to the website host. Links to external sources take you to separate websites with their own privacy practices. The preview demo form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
06Hosting locations and retention
The marketing website's Vercel hosting is separate from the regional application deployment options described elsewhere on this site. Do not assume that selecting an application region also determines this website's processing locations. The relevant hosting locations, transfer arrangements and retention periods need confirmation in the final notice.
07Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse and download resources without completing the demo form. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a relevant authority. Send privacy questions and requests to hello@certhix.com. The preview demo form cannot deliver a privacy request.
08Before enquiry delivery is enabled
The final notice must confirm the allocation of controller responsibilities, purposes and applicable legal bases, recipients, international transfer safeguards, retention periods and the process for exercising rights. It must also reflect the chosen enquiry-delivery provider. The form will remain in preview mode until its delivery destination is supplied and configured.
