Who is responsible for the content?
Certhix is the publishing organisation. Our articles carry an organisational byline rather than a fictional individual author. Unless an article names a qualified reviewer and describes their review, it has not received independent professional review. We do not present these articles as legal opinions, professional certifications or a substitute for a competent assessment of your circumstances.
How we use sources
We link to primary guidance where it supports the subject, including public authorities and official publications. Jurisdiction matters: a reference to guidance in England or the United States does not make that guidance a requirement elsewhere. Check the authority responsible for your school, workplace or activity before making a compliance decision.
Examples and product references
Worked examples illustrate how a team might organise a record, handover or review. They are not reported customer cases unless clearly identified as such. Stock photographs illustrate the setting and do not imply endorsement. Links to Certhix modules explain where the topic relates to our products; software does not replace the judgement of the people responsible for the work.
Tools and review
Drafting and technical checks may use automated assistance. A longer article is not automatically a better one. Our checks focus on a clear question, useful steps, relevant sources, accurate links and an honest account of what is and is not established. Where specialist review is needed, we distinguish that from an editorial or technical check.
Corrections
If you find an error, an unclear claim or a source that has changed, email hello@certhix.com with the article URL and the passage concerned. We assess corrections against the cited source and update the article where appropriate. The date on an article indicates its latest substantive editorial update.
